Join us and develop your life and career using the tried-and-tested IKIGAI method.

***This is a professional career- and life-development course, designed and implemented by a practiced and qualified coach***.

Over a 4 week period, you will learn about IKIGAI, a method scientifically proven to increase happiness and longevity of life, derived from a Japanese tradition, but used all over the world in business, the charity sector, and in general life- and career-coaching.

You will be guided through each of the 4 sessions by a friendly host (Sean), with empathy and compassion, and will partake in a variety of exercises to help you define what you're good at, what you want to offer the world around you, and how this might overlap with your choice of career or source of income. 

Once you've found what your ikigai (or life- and career-purpose) is, we'll help you construct your mission, and outline systematic ways to implement that mission. Then we'll help you identify specific, achievable goals on a weekly basis, and hold you accountable, so that you actually begin building the life and career you want.

Much of what we do will be written down. 

Some of it will be activities in pairs. 

Occasionally, we'll have group discussion, and will implement a buddy-system, to absolutely guarantee you stick to your aims for the course. 

Whatever we do together, we will never put you on the spot to share anything in front of the group. Whoever you are, we absolutely respect the way your personally choose to participate. You will make huge amounts of progress, regardless.

No experience of writing, coaching, or ikigai necessary.
